2/3 cup splenda or other sugar substitute
6 tbsp unflavored or vanilla whey protein powder
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 to 1.5 cup of blueberries
350 for 22 minutes (20 to 25 minutes depending on the oven)

1 cup unsalted butter, soft, room temperature
8 oz softened cream cheese, out of the fridge for 3 hours
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 cups blueberries made into puree
3 cups splenda
2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, room temperature
